Overcode is the new project from an artist previously known as Astreaux, marking a bold shift into a heavier, more versatile and dark sound. After years in the drum & bass scene with releases and performances at events like Let It Roll and High Tea, the project returns with a renewed vision and a clean slate.

Originally known for liquid drum & bass, the Astreaux project evolved alongside a growing love for high-energy bass music. While releases leaned toward melodic drum & bass, DJ sets increasingly explored heavier territory including neurofunk, dubstep, and breaks. That contrast eventually sparked a creative reset.

Enter Overcode; a project built on experience but driven by freedom. Combining dystopian atmospheres with raw, aggressive sound design, Overcode crafts a cinematic yet hard-hitting sound defined by heavy reeses and industrial textures.

With a powerful new direction and a clear artistic vision, Overcode is ready to push genre boundaries and carve out an unique lane in the bass music landscape.
